Through talking with me about your goals and needs, I will design a way forward that feels comfortable for you, either through traditional Counselling, and/or through one or more Expressive Art activities as you wish. Individual sessions can be booked weekly, every other week, or more occasionally as you prefer. Cost-saving bundles of 5 or more sessions can be arranged.
I can also help you plan a private Expressive Arts event with a friend, group of friends, or a custom-designed workshop for your organization. These can have a focus or theme of your choice and different modes of Expressive Art are available to choose from (visual art, collage, music, journalling, photograpy, sculpture, eco-art, movement and more). Please check back to the website periodically to see any current public / online offerings, or contact me if you have a specific idea. Examples of popular topics might include: Vision Board-making, Healthy Boundaries, Building Self Esteem, Working through Grief and Loss, Defining Your Core Values and Identity, and many other possibilities.
